Phillips created Queen Cuisine
in 1998, introducing a unique and exciting Australian Cuisine and
offering all the services you would expect of a professional catering
firm.

Paul
has extensive experience in the industry. Paul's experience has centred
largely on food preparation. Over the past decade he has worked as
a Chef at several restaurants, Ansett Airlines and the UNSW Union
Functions Centre. |
